Receipt Data: When you scan or import receipts, the images and extracted data (vendor, date, amount) are stored locally on your device by default.

Cloud Backup (Pro Users): If you enable cloud backup, your receipt data is securely synced to our Firebase servers, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Anonymous Authentication: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create a unique identifier for your account without collecting personal information.

Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app experience.

Data Storage & Security

Your receipt images and data are stored locally on your device. Cloud backups are stored on Google Firebase servers with industry-standard encryption.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Google Cloud Vision: For OCR text extraction from receipt images
OpenAI: For AI-powered receipt parsing and categorization
Firebase: For authentication, cloud storage, and database
RevenueCat: For subscription management

Each service processes data according to their respective privacy policies.

Your Rights

You can:

Delete all your data by uninstalling the app
Request deletion of cloud data by contacting us
Export your receipts at any time
Disable cloud sync in app settings

Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted in the app and on this page.
