By downloading or using Fast Receipts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our app.
Fast Receipts is a mobile application that allows users to scan, organize, and export receipts. The app includes both free and paid (Pro) features.
Free Tier: Basic receipt scanning, organization, and export features.
Pro Subscription: Includes unlimited receipts, cloud backup, AI-powered search, priority support, and all premium features.
New users receive a 30-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card is required for the trial.
You agree to:
Your receipt data is stored locally on your device. While we provide cloud backup for Pro users, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important receipts.
We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Our app uses AI to parse receipt information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-extracted data may contain errors. Always verify important financial information manually.
Fast Receipts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.
The Fast Receipts app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our app for users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
